The air and coal gas can be separately preheated to 1100℃ and 900℃ by 1200℃ of flue gas from furnace, temperature of exhaust gas is reduced to below 180℃, so as to save energy and reduce consumption.3. Melting: if liquid sodium silicate is needed, the solid sodium silicate can be melted into liquid. There are two ways to melt, the water-cooled solid is melted by the rotary melting tank, and the air-cooled solid is melted by static melting tank.
